KEM TAHUNAN PELAPIS FUTURE CHAMPIONS 2009

SzeCin,PauXiu and me join the kem of pelapis futher champion at Kolej Kediaman Antarabangsa Ibu Zain, there is vry big a!! i like it..This kem there gt many type of sport, there r OLAHRAGA,ANGKAT BERAT,MEMANAH,MENEMBAK,TERJUN,2 type of GIMNASTIk and GIMRAMA..totally hav 269 atlet and jurulatih..it is a good chance to recognize the Pelapis ppl in Malaysia,haha..^^

We training at there morning and evening, a quite tired a..but we all gt improve..haha..there gt give us 4 T-shirt and 2 trackbottom..but i take L size..big a!!! must wear follow the time table de..><

We OLAHRAGA train at Stadium UKM.but at the third day, we go to Dewan Biomekanik, ISN to Ujian Kecegasan..we do Palmping,jumping,60m and more lo..no tired de..hahaha =P

Every night gt programe de..1st day is Ice Breaking, second day is Speech, 3rd day is team's game, 4 day also is speech about the teknik in Soprt.5th day is Karaokay, it is the most high program in 7 day!! n the last day is Majlis Penutup lo..^^
We come back at the night 12DEC, it is another experience for me, haha^^
although it vry tired,not enough sleep, but vry happy..i recognize many fren from another sport..I will miss u all..hope we gt chance 2 meet again~~

Karnival Pelapis 2009

Date: 21hb - 25hb Oktober 2009
Place : Ayer Keroh, Melaka Bandaraya Bersejarah

Tis is the second Karnival Pelapis in 2009.. we gt 3 ppl take part, is SzeCin,Jyan and me..
I take 200m, SzeCin long jump and JYan Lontar Peluru..We stay at a department, there is vry nice, vry cool,bcoz it near sea..haha XD
we sleep in one department, tat 1 department gt 3 room, 2 toilet, 1 kitchen and 1 living room..quite big a..haha..=P
Our sompetition stadium is Stadium Hang Jebat, we go there before de,haha..tat stadium vry big, n gt many place for warm-up..if BP gt a stadium like stadium Melaka, i will not reject trainning every day..hahaha~~
